Great employers bring out the best in people. If you have a job where they do things right — or a place you frequent that you think treats workers well — nominate it as a Top Workplace in the Lehigh Valley.

For the 14th year, The Morning Call will honor outstanding workplace culture in the region. Any organization with 35 or more employees in the region is eligible to compete for a Top Workplaces award. Standout companies will be honored in early 2026.

Anyone can nominate an outstanding employer; it doesn’t matter if they’re public or private, profit or nonprofit. School districts and other government agencies are also welcome.

The nomination deadline is Aug. 8. To nominate an employer or for more information on the awards, go to mcall.com/nominate or call 610-628-0921.

There is no cost to participate. Employees evaluate their workplace using a short 25-question survey that takes just a few minutes to complete; employers with the best responses qualify as a Lehigh Valley Top Workplace. Companies will be surveyed through October.

Energage, the Philadelphia area research partner for the project, conducts Top Workplaces surveys for media in 65 markets nationwide and surveyed more than 2 million employees at more than 8,000 organizations in the last year.

“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a celebration of excellence,” Energage CEO Eric Rubino said. “It serves as a reminder of the vital role a people-first workplace experience plays in achieving success.”

For the 2025 awards, more than 1,000 organizations in the Lehigh Valley were invited to survey their employees. Based on employee survey feedback, 32 earned recognition as Top Workplaces.
